1.Quality Starts from Design
Assisted by CAE simulation software in order to design the most suitable structure and process requirements for wheel hub bearings.
◆ Selected high-performance material and accessories and high quality bearing steel;
◆ Selected the OE grade high-strength steel balls and imported grease for wheel hub bearings.
2. Quality is implemented in each manufacturing process
◆ Forging: adopted no flash precision forging technology to insure the internal compactness and external appearance.
◆ High Precision heat treatment furnace ensures consistency of mechanical properties.
◆ Lean manufacturing for turning, grinding to ensure every detail is implemented according to standard.
◆ On-line detection of nodes during the whole assembly process to ensure perfect riveting of each assembly.
3. Quality is reflected in the whole process data analysis and monitoring
Using the MES system to record the data of each process, using SPC CPK MINITAB MSA and other methods to analyze and monitor the whole process data.
